Section 3
Establishment of the Board
(1) Nepal Railway Board has been established to develop and expand railway services in Nepal in a safe, high-quality, regular and reliable manner.
(2) The Central Office of the Board shall be located in Kathmandu Valley and the Board may open branch offices or station offices within Nepal as per requirement.
